These terms govern every order placed on this website. Mass Reacher is a brand operated by SOCIALLY LABS, registered in Italy, VAT no. 05490280756 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

We provide a done-for-you Instagram DM delivery service. You supply (a) the list of Instagram usernames to contact and (b) the message to be sent. Instant automated actions from thousands of our own Instagram accounts send your message to the targets on your list, up to the volume included in the plan you purchased.

We never require your Instagram login, password or two-factor codes. Delivery is performed exclusively from accounts we own and control.

You confirm that your target list and message are lawful, that you have the right to contact the people on your list, and that your message does not contain illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, sexual or harassing content.

You may not use the service to send spam as defined by applicable law, phishing links, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel any order whose content or target list violates these rules; in that case, undelivered volume is refunded.

Delivery starts as soon as we receive your target list and message ("instant start"). Delivery is completed progressively; large volumes may take several days depending on volume and message content.

A DM counts as delivered when it has been sent from our accounts to the target you provided. We do not guarantee opens, replies, follows, sales or any specific business result, those depend on your offer, message and targets.

Prices are listed in euros and include the delivery volume stated on each plan. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (myPOS). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Italian law may require us to issue an invoice or receipt for your purchase; by ordering you agree to receive it electronically.

Because delivery happens from our accounts, there is no risk to your Instagram account: we never log into your profile and never ask for your credentials. You are not our employee or partner in operating those accounts.

We provide the service "as is" and deliver the agreed volume of DMs with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost followers, account restrictions on your own profile, or business outcomes that do not meet your expectations.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Italian law, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or injury to mandatory consumer rights.

Mass Reacher is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. We depend on the availability of Instagram's platform; temporary platform changes outside our control may affect delivery speed, in which case delivery resumes as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that grant consumers the courts of their own residence.
